Nila powder, used for hair and skin, mixes with water to form a paste. For hair, apply to the scalp, leave on for 30 minutes and rinse. For the skin, apply, leave to dry for 15-20 minutes, then rinse to brighten, exfoliate and purify. Do a skin test beforehand.
